Share the places you want to visit, your overnight stops, group size and luggage requirements. We can help connect archaeological sites, towns, coastal routes and countryside stays into a practical driving itinerary.

Select the service duration for each day and confirm the full route with us. Driving, pickup, drop-off and agreed stops count within the reserved hours. Licensed tourist guiding, admission tickets and your own accommodation are separate arrangements.

Quick full-day or multi-day transport booking

The driver’s accommodation is included only when you select the Full-Day option.

Use this calendar for quick reservations of your private driver and vehicle. For a complete tailored travel package or specific requirements, contact our team for a personalised proposal.

All other driver and vehicle expenses for your confirmed road itinerary and reserved service hours, including fuel and parking, are included. Ferry tickets for the driver and vehicle remain separate.

For multi-day transport, add each travel date to your cart separately: select a date and the required options, add it to the cart, then repeat for every additional date. Check all dates and service options in your cart before completing your booking.

Itinerary

1. Pickup — Meet your driver at the location confirmed for the day’s booking.

2. Your agreed route — Travel between the destinations and stops planned for your reserved service hours.

3. Final drop-off — Finish at the agreed address or overnight stop within the confirmed itinerary.

For a multi-day journey, confirm each day’s pickup, route, hours and overnight location with us in advance.

Good to Know

  • Special requests: Tell us your requirements when booking so we can confirm the arrangements in advance.
  • Mobility and wheelchair requirements: Passengers must transfer from their wheelchair to a vehicle seat. Please contact us before booking to confirm wheelchair storage, boarding assistance and vehicle suitability. Tell us about any stroller or other mobility equipment you plan to bring.
  • For families with younger children, we offer child safety seats upon request.
  • Your driver: Your English-speaking tour driver shares local insights during the road journey. A licensed tourist guide for accompanied sightseeing can be arranged separately, subject to availability and an additional fee.
  • Service animals allowed
  • Admissions and access: Check the listed inclusions and exclusions when planning your visit. Admission charges, opening arrangements and access can change; confirm the details for your travel date.

Pickup and Drop-off

  • Pickup: Meet at the Athens or Piraeus address confirmed in your booking. Any airport or port arrangements must be agreed for the selected route.
  • Hotel pickup: Meet in the lobby or at the agreed accessible entrance. Please be ready 10 minutes before the confirmed time.
  • Drop-off and overnight stops: Confirm the final address for each day before travel. Changes must fit the service area, itinerary and hours reserved.
  • Details to provide: Share your dates, route, starting and finishing addresses, group size, luggage and any special requirements.
  • Urgent assistance: Use the contact details provided with your booking and include the booking reference.
